Adv. E. Suhail Ahmed has graduated with a B.A.L., LLB (1999–2000) from Vivekananda College of Law, Bangalore University. He got enrolled as an Advocate in 2001 and has previously worked as a Legal Officer for M/s Maruthi Group handling a wide range of title due diligence including acquisition of Sammy’s Dream Land, compliance and liaising, and property matters. Later practiced at litigation firms before partnering to establish Trialbase in 2006 and Smriti Legal LLP in 2022. With over 24 years of focused practice in real estate advisory, transactions, and litigation, and over 7 years of specialised experience in RERA litigation, compliance, and consultancy across Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, and Tamil Nadu, he is a Partner of Trialbase Advocates and Smriti Legal LLP, and serves as Principal Legal Consultant to RERA Consultants LLP, advising more than 400 real estate promoters including leading national developers. A subject-matter expert in real estate and RERA, his practice spans property due diligence, conveyancing, transactional documentation, arbitration, and civil and commercial litigation before courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities. He is a regular speaker on RERA at national forums, an Associate Member of NAREDCO at the state and national levels, and actively contributes to policy advocacy and industry awareness initiatives.
Adv. Jasleen Kaur

Adv. Jasleen Kaur, an alumnus of Ramaiah College of Law, is a Bengaluru based Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Karnataka in 2017. A first-generation lawyer and 2nd State Rank Holder in the Karnataka State Law University examinations, she is a recommended candidate in the Indian Army’s Judge Advocate General (JAG) entry. She is the founder of Smriti Legal LLP. She practices before the Real Estate Regulatory Authority, District and State Consumer Commissions and the High Court of Karnataka. She regularly deals with disputes arising out of Joint Development Agreements, Construction Agreements, Works Contracts and the like and advises landowners, investors and promoters on RERA compliance and strategy, assists associations and investors in the takeover of stalled projects, and supports the formation and management of owners’ associations. She is an Advocate Conciliator with RERA Karnataka and frequently appears for Developers in interest / compensation, refund, and non-compliance claims. She is a member of the Society of Construction Law, India and has contributed to legal academia as a guest lecturer at St. Joseph’s College of Law and serves as a regular academic mentor to students at Ramaiah College of Law. Her other experiences include judging multiple National Moot Court Competitions and serving as an editor for law institution journals. Beyond her legal practice, her areas of interest include trekking, paragliding, swimming, kayaking, cooking and exploring nature.
